History
| 1932 |
Osa Shoten is established in Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo by its former president, Mr.Osa Kikumatsu. It began to manufacture chocolate machinery and to manufacture and sell chocolate molds. |
| 1938 |
It moved its factory and office to Yoga in Setagaya Ward in Tokyo where, as Osa Kikai Seisakusho (Osa machinery workshop), it manufactured and sold pulverizing machinery and chemical machinery . |
| 1947 |
Taihei Kousan Co., Ltd. was established, former president Mr. Osa Kikumatsu was appointed as representative director and president, and the company resumed making and selling confectionery making machinery. |
| 1954 |
Name of company was changed to Osa Machinery Co., Ltd. |

The former president Mr. Osa Kikumatsu's son Minoru became representative director and president. |
