  • Multi-step tempering (multi-stage cooling zone).
  • Stable cooling water supply system, wider cooling area and newly-developed cooling water circulation system.
  • Re-heating zone at the final stage of the tempering process. OSA's exclusive re-heating zone ensures crystal growth, the most difficult aspect of chocolate processing, enabling it to maintain the crystallized state for a long period of time.
  • The newly-developed stirring and scraping devices provide perfect mixing.
