Labor shortages and inconsistent inspection quality are driving demand for faster,
easier-to-use inspection systems.
By combining the world-class image processing engine “HALCON,”
our system detects defects beyond conventional rule-based inspection.
The more data accumulated, the higher the inspection accuracy becomes.
The system reliably detects pinholes, bubbles, chips, coating defects, scratches,
burn marks, cracks, and foreign contaminants such as hair on conveyor-fed products.
